OUR SERVICES
We provide skilled and non-skilled home care services designed to support daily living and promote independence. Skilled RNs, LPNs, Skilled nursing services: Medication Administration Wound Care Chronic Disease Management Diabetes Management
Non-Skilled services: Assistance with activities of daily living which includes but not limited to: Personal Care Services ● Assistance with bathing and grooming ● Dressing and hygiene support ● Toileting and incontinence care ● Mobility assistance and transfers
HOURS OF OPERATION
Empower healthcare services is able to provide services 24hrs/day, 7 days a week
